Beacon Hill Home Remodel Interior & Exterior

This Beacon Hill home remodel has been one year in the making. From the ground up, our professional crew was involved in the planned collaboration, construction, and final inspection of a 3 level multi-family home.

The main kitchen was completely revamped with a lux quartz counter, brand new MDF wood base and wall cabinets, durable engineered wood floor , and new range and stove set.

Two bathrooms required modernizing. We recommended rain shower heads for their water conservation benefits, aesthetics, and gentle and smooth water flow. Stone tile floors were installed for a more natural tone and non-slip benefits. Bathroom vanities were replaced using our in-house MDF versions and stainless steel gooseneck faucets and porcelain basis sinks completed the finishing touches to the bath areas.

Stairways that covered 3 stories of the home had to be built from the ground up using locally sourced lumber. Engineered wood flooring was also installed in the upper levels of the house, along with brand new doors, and freshly painted walls.

Exterior house work proved to be challenging but doable. We were able to line ceramic columns along the replacement balcony. A yellow recoat of paint was requested which we easily obliged.
